Once we've nailed down all the details, whether it's through a Google Meet or an in-person chat, it's time to make things official! You'll receive a booking link that includes your contracts and invoice where you will pay the 25% non-refundable retainer. After that's all set, I'll share my comprehensive Wedding Photography Guide with everything you need to know before the big day. From packing your detail box to engagement session outfit and location tips, timeline examples, and more! You'll be fully prepared!

Engagement sessions are often the first chance we get to work together, making them the perfect opportunity for you to get comfortable in front of the camera and with me as your photographer! Once your wedding is booked, most couples like to schedule their engagement session so they can get those save-the-dates and invitations out early. Typically, these sessions happen about 6-10 months before the wedding, but we can always adjust based on your unique timeline. Plus, a complimentary engagement session is included with all of my wedding packages!

The big day is finally here! After all those months of planning, it's time to see your vision come to life. Your wedding day will be stress-free and as perfect as you've always dreamed. I’ll be there with my camera ready for every laugh, every happy tear, and all the in-between moments, so you can relive the entire day exactly as it felt.

Within 48 hours of your wedding day, you'll get sneak peeks so you can share your favorite moments with friends, family, and on social media! You'll receive your final gallery within 8 weeks of your wedding date. It will be delivered through a personalized password protected digital download gallery link via email. Plus, you'll have access to an online print store directly in your gallery, where you can easily order prints, albums, canvases, and more.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK OUR WEDDING

PHOTOGRAPHER?

Most couples book 12-18 months in advance, especially for peak dates. Some dates fill quickly, so reaching out early is always recommended. You are always welcome to reach out at any point during your planning process!

DO YOU OFFER ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS?

Yes, every wedding package includes a complimentary engagement session. It’s a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day. I also offer engagement session packages which can be found on my Couples page.

DO YOU WORK WITH A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?

Yes! Both wedding packages include a second photographer to ensure full coverage from multiple angles. I have a few trusted photographers I work with for each wedding.

WHAT IF OUR TIMELINE RUNS LATE?

Weddings rarely run perfectly on schedule, and that’s okay. I’m experienced in adapting on the fly while still capturing everything that matters. I always add in buffer time to the timeline to leave room in-between each part of the day.

Yes! Timeline guidance is included in every wedding package. We can have as many planning calls as you would like to make sure we are on the same page. I’ll help you plan a day that flows well and leaves room to breathe.

Yes!! Travel up to 2 hours is included in the base wedding package price, and destination weddings are always welcome (and highly encouraged!), additional accommodations may be required such as hotel/transportation.

I typically deliver 50-100 images per hour, depending on the day. Every gallery is thoughtfully edited and delivered in full.
